History
- Trello experienced a major outage caused by an AWS (us-east-1) incident affecting Atlassian Cloud infrastructure, including the Trello API used by the Power-Up. During this time, SendBoard users may have seen delays or errors with use of the Power-Up. Service was fully restored once AWS resolved the underlying issue. Oct 20 2025, 09:56 UTC – Oct 21 2025, 05:24 UTC. 
- SendBoard was unavailable for 25 minutes on August 2025 11:46 UTC. 
- SendBoard was inaccessible for ±9.5 hours due to unexpected server infrastructure issues. Inbound emails were queued and processed once systems were restored. No outbound emails were sent during this time. Tuesday 29 July 2025, 8:54PM – Wednesday 30 July 2025, 6:24AM UTC. 
- Temporary processing delays with some inbound and outbound emails experienced on Tuesday 7 November 2023 from 5AM (UTC/GMT+0). 
- Scheduled maintenance was carried out successfully on 22 October 2023, 4am-4:30am UTC. 
- SendBoard users experienced intermittent/slow access to the Power-Up with occasional errors trying to send emails for ±5 hours on Wednesday 13 September at 1AM (UTC/GMT+0) 
- SendBoard was unavailable for ±55 minutes due to an unexpected issue encountered during scheduled database maintenance by Amazon RDS on Tuesday 08 August at 4AM (UTC/GMT+0) 
- SendBoard was intermittently unavailable for ±45 minutes of scheduled maintenance on Sunday 02 July at 4AM (UTC/GMT+0) 
- SendBoard was offline for ±20 minutes of scheduled maintenance on Sunday 02 April 2023 at 04:00 AM (UTC/GMT+0). 
- Temporary processing delays with some inbound and outbound emails experienced for 1.5 hour on Friday 10 March 2023 at 08:30 (UTC/GMT+0).
