  • For billing purposes, 'Users' are only those Trello users who have been authorised to use the SendBoard Power-Up. You can manage user access and change your team size under your SendBoard account settings.

  • SendBoard is a Power-Up for Trello (An add-on). So you can't make use of SendBoard without Trello. However, you can use SendBoard with Trello's FREE plan. There are some limitations, but you can have up to 10 team boards and use one Power-Up per board on the free Trello plan. Read more at Trello.com/pricing.

  • SendBoard uses STRIPE to process monthly online payments. You can manage your billing details through your SendBoard account settings, within Trello. We accept all major credit cards.
